Green Earth Water-Based Diatom Coating
This product is made from high-quality diatomaceous earth and organically modified inorganic mineral cementing materials. It can adsorb and decompose harmful substances such as formaldehyde in indoor spaces and reduce mold growth. The coating film has a delicate texture, and good color retention, and provides long-lasting decorative effects.

Technical Parameters
- Color Options: Available in various colors. Gloss: Matte.
- Theoretical Coverage: 6-7 m² per kg per coat.
- Dilution Ratio: Up to 15% clean water.
- Drying Time: Surface dry in approximately 2 hours; recoating after a minimum of 2 hours (25°C, 50% relative humidity). Extend drying time at lower temperatures.
- Specifications: 10 kg per bucket.
Application Recommendations
- Surface Preparation: Ensure the surface is clean, dry, neutral, flat, free of dust, grease, and debris. Seal any leaks, and sand the surface for smoothness.
- Application Conditions: Ambient temperature ≥5°C, humidity ≤85%; surface moisture ≤10%, pH ≤10.

- Base Layer: Eco-friendly wall protection interface agent.
- Putty: Specialized diatom putty (2 coats).
- Primer: Water-based eco-friendly diatom primer (1 coat).
- Topcoat: Green Earth Water-Based Diatom Coating (2 coats).
Precautions
- Use appropriate protective gear such as goggles, gloves, and professional construction attire during application.
- Clean tools promptly with water during and after use.
- If the product contacts the eyes, rinse thoroughly with plenty of water and seek medical attention if necessary.
- Dispose of paint waste according to local environmental standards.
- Storage Instructions: Store sealed in a cool, dry place above 5°C. Avoid direct sunlight.
