Technical Parameters

Application Instructions
1. Surface Inspection:
o Before application, strictly inspect and accept the substrate according to national standards.
o Ensure the surface is flat, clean, and solid, free of grease, mold, algae, dust, or other contaminants.
o The pH value must be <10 and moisture content <10%.
o Application is prohibited when the wall temperature is below 5°C, relative humidity exceeds 80%, or during strong winds, rain, snow, or thunderstorms.
2. Worker Safety:
o Workers must wear appropriate protective gear, including safety goggles, gloves, and professional attire, in accordance with local work safety regulations.
o Ensure that scaffolding or suspended platforms are sturdy and reliable before work begins.
3. Construction Planning:
o Plan the working area and workforce to ensure the completion of each surface in one go.
o Position handover seams at floor separations, corners, or design joints to avoid visible connection marks.
o Use materials from the same batch and color for each project or working surface to prevent color inconsistencies.
4. Control of Expansion Joints:
o Plan and design expansion joints scientifically to prevent cracking and ensure decorative effects. o Tape Joint Method:
After the primer dries, mark the lines, divide the sections, and protect them with masking tape.
Remove the masking tape before the main coating dries.
o For areas smaller than 0.5 m², black primer is recommended to improve efficiency.
5. Material Preparation:
