Main ingredients: Inorganic mineral gelling materials, heat-reflective pigments, environmentally friendly base materials, fillers, environmentally friendly additives, deionized water, etc.

Features of High-performance Reflective Heat-insulating Paint
1. Highly efficient reflective insulation, suppressing solar radiation heat.
2. Good weather resistance, long-term protective coating effect.
3. Acid and alkali resistant, anti-corrosion.
4. Good hydrophobicity and self-cleaning performance.
5. Good adhesion, not easy to peel off.
6. Environmentally friendly quality, low content of harmful substances such as formaldehyde, benzene, soluble heavy metals, etc.

Technical Parameters
- Theoretical dosage: about 4-5㎡/KG/2 coats, the actual consumption varies depending on the construction method and the flatness of the base.
- Construction method: spraying, rolling, brushing.
- Dilution ratio: according to the actual situation, no more than 5% of clean water can be added for dilution.
- Drying time: about 2 hours for surface drying; recoating time is at least 24 hours (25℃, 50% relative humidity), and it can be extended moderately at low temperature.
- Maintenance time: 7 days/25℃, which can be extended at low temperature (not less than 5℃) to obtain the ideal coating effect.
- Implementation standards: GB18582-2020 "Limits of Harmful Substances in Wall Coatings for Buildings", JG/T235-2014 "Architectural Reflective Thermal Insulation Coatings", JGJ/T359-2015 "Technical Regulations for the Application of Architectural Reflective Thermal Insulation Coatings".
- Product specifications: 20KG/barrel.
- Shelf life: refer to product label.

Application Instructions
Applicable to reflective heat insulation on the surface of buildings in industries such as construction, chemical industry, petroleum, electricity, metallurgy, shipbuilding, textile, storage, transportation, and aerospace.

Precautions
- Before construction, the base layer must be inspected and accepted strictly in accordance with national standards to ensure that the surface of the base layer is flat, clean, solid, free of grease, mildew, algae, floating dust and other attachments, pH value <10, moisture content <10%, and construction conditions are met; construction is prohibited when the wall temperature is lower than 5℃ or the relative humidity is above 80% or in strong winds, rain, snow, thunderstorms and other weather conditions.
- Before construction, construction workers should configure necessary protective and labor protection supplies according to local operating specifications, such as protective glasses, gloves and professional construction clothes; during construction, tools such as hanging baskets or brackets must be sturdy and reliable.
- Before construction, the construction area and the number of construction workers should be reasonably planned to ensure that each work surface is completed at one time. The handover should be controlled at the floor division and the light and dark corners to avoid joint marks; the same batch and the same color number of materials should be used for the same project or work surface to avoid color difference.
- Scientifically and reasonably set the division joints to prevent the coating from cracking and ensure the finishing effect. Generally, the method of pasting and dividing the seams is adopted: after the primer is dry, the lines, grids, and joints are drawn according to the design requirements, and the masking tape is applied for protection. The masking tape is removed before the main material is dry. If the grid is less than 0.5㎡, it is recommended to use black primer to improve the work efficiency.
- During construction, note the water ratio of the materials and the construction techniques, and the operation should be carried out in accordance with the specifications.
- l After the construction is stopped and the construction is completed, please use clean water to clean the utensils in time; do not discharge the discarded paint waste into the drain or water source; the disposal of discarded paint waste, including cans and unused containers, should be handled in accordance with local environmental protection standards.
- If this product accidentally enters your eyes when using it, please rinse it with clean water in time. If you feel uncomfortable, please seek medical treatment in time.
- In order to better protect the legitimate rights and interests of users, please do not purchase products with incomplete labels and beware of counterfeiting.
- For any unknown information, please ask the local dealer for the product manual.
